What paying does — and does not — do
- Does: let you publish prices, take online bookings, enrich your profile, and buy one clearly-labelled Sponsored slot (Premium).
- Does not: change your organic rank or quality score by a single point. Publishing prices and enabling booking improve your score — but any clinic can do those things, and paying for the tooling is the only thing the fee covers.
